Each year in the U.S., May 6-12 is set aside as Nurses Week, an opportunity to recognize a profession marked by selfless caregiving and compassion.

Following more than a year of a pandemic that has challenged healthcare workers  around the world, CNSI Gives Back wants to show our gratitude to nurses in the U.S. and India in honor of Nurses Week 2021. Over the next few weeks, we will be delivering catered lunches or lunch gift cards to nurses at U.S. clinics that provide free- and reduced-cost care to Medicaid beneficiaries in the communities our clients serve. In India, we will be providing individual COVID Care packages at the request of Thuvakkam NGO for hospital-based nurses who serve the community where half of our workforce is based. Each package contains hand sanitizer, mask extender straps, a tea mug, snacks, and a note pad and pen.
