CNSI provides IT support services to the U.S. Department of Agriculture – Food and Nutrition Services. The support includes Level 1 and 2 customer support for 1,500 end users, including break/fix, IMAC and remote access support. CNSI implemented IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Service Desk, Incident Management and Change Management and improved the service design and operation, resulting in improved customer satisfaction. CNSI builds, supports and maintains operational integrity of the FNS network and systems comprising 450+ servers across multiple locations. We provide three levels of administration and engineering: hardware, operating systems and applications.
 
CNSI also:

  • Supports FNS LAN/WAN across multiple locations
  • Supports implementation of the VoIP infrastructure
  • Manages and supports FNS VoIP services by managing Unity Voicemail, the call manager database, a single cluster of call manager and CISCO Unity Connections, including CISCO Presence and Emergency Responder.
  • Performs moves, adds, changes and deletions in support of daily operations and provides guidance and recommendations for the future VoIP architecture.
  • Provides two major services for video teleconference (VTC) support 1) coordination 2) engineering and operations support for audio-visual (A/V) and VTC equipment.
